  • TO GET A STRONG HEALTH

Having worked there a few years back in the hospital in a dialysis service, I can tell you that living healthy is a divine grace. We can get up tired but we did not go to the hospital to treat a tumor or to a stressful check-up to make checks. You have your ten fingers, ten toes, you do not need a machine to help you breathe.

Yes life is not always under control of unfortunate events, but we can be happy to live healthy.

  • BEING SURROUNDED OF PEOPLE WHO REALLY LOVE ME

For your mental and spiritual well-being, it is important to live in the company of persons of sound mind. The entourage has a negligible influence on your mood, and your morale. Feel free to separate yourself from toxic people, people who are all the time, grumpy and those are always negative.

You know, if you live among people who are often negative and you are the only positive person, you will get your turn a negative person. You do not choose your family but you can choose his companion, his friend (s), his lifestyle, his work.

Good advice, choose to surround yourself with people you like and whose company is enjoyable. This will save you many dramas.

  • REMEMBERING THE ACHIEVEMENTS THAT I HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE

You survived necessarily something that you thought never succeed as the loss of a loved one, bitter failure in an important exam (bachelor’s, driving license, access to contest a trade school / journalism and co.) or a rather painful breakup. You survived these events, you decided to take you in hand by changing wardrobe, taking up a sport, changing job or place of residence.

Yet for your sad time, you think you’re never going to get away: you beat the odds of gossips about you.

  • I HAVE CONSCIENCE OF MY TRUE WORTH

ALWAYS have a great view for yourself and do not wait especially for validation about you comes from others.

Repeat to yourself every day this: “I’m beautiful, I’m smart and I’m single.” Being aware of its value begins with you, if you do not feel good about yourself, it will be others who will value.

Honestly, there is nothing worse to wait to be appreciated by others: NO ONE has been no unanimity even Christ.

Learn to enjoy your company, be your best, you like with your qualities and your flaws. Do not tarissez praise on yourself, you compliment. Traveling alone, one dinner, do shopping alone: it is by being alone you really know.

  • THE FUTURE BELONGS TO ME

The only time when all your hopes vanish is when you die. As long as you are alive, there is always hope. You can always upgrade your license even if you are over 60, you can always go back to school even if you have two children and you have a fairly heavy work or resume running for the semi -marathon in Paris.

Embark challenges, dare to step out of your comfort zone. You do not know what the future will say.

See you soon…
